Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams when needed
  • Handle basic and straightforward issues; escalate more complex concerns to senior staff
  • Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring a positive customer experience


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in BPO auto insurance accounts
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Willing and able to work onsite at MOA, Pasay City
