Barista, Pasay

A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks, while providing excellent customer service in a caf or coffee shop setting. They maintain a clean and welcoming environment and ensure customers receive high-quality products and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso, lattes, teas, and smoothies
• Operate espresso machines and other beverage equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Be knowledgeable about menu items, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods

Qualifications:

• High School and College Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Industry or any related is accepted
• Prior Barista or food service experience is a plus, but not always required
• Willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques and recipes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
• Willing to undergo training at Whiteplains, Katipunan
