Job Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and secure qualified commercial locations for company-owned and franchise stores.
  • Coordinate with shopping malls, property owners, and franchise partners.
  • Utilize knowledge of the Philippine local market and existing mall investment promotion resources.
  • Ensure locations meet operational requirements and are suitable for store development.
  • Provide franchisees with high-quality, operable store locations.

Working Hours & Benefits

  • Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, 6 working days per week
  • Philippine regular holidays observed
  • Overtime pay provided in accordance with labor laws

Requirements

  • Experience in catering franchise chain brands
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
