Recruitment Manager, Pasay

The Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment process within the agency, ensuring that the needs of our clients are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies
• Team Management
• Client Relationship Management
• Candidate Sourcing and Selection
• Process Improvement
• Compliance and Reporting

Qualifications:       

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a local manpower or staffing agency.   
• Proven experience in a managerial role, with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
