Marketing Associate (Urgent Hiring), Pasay

PositIon Overview:

A marketing associate is responsible for planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities. They understand the extensive details of marketing and are familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers' behavior. Marketing Associate's help collect data, forecast trends and assess customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts research on market trends, activities, competitors and develop materials to support marketing requirements
• Conceptualize and execute marketing strategies for the assigned brands/clients through marketing campaigns (photo, graphics, and video edits)
• Highly experienced in customer and client relation
• Identify target leads and revenue opportunities through solid marketing campaigns
• Promotes products and increase sales by expanding awareness of the product through brand partners, influencers and organizations
• Leverage company brand to target markets through utilization of multiple social media platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram, Tiktok, etc., marketing tools, software and fieldworks
• Accommodate inquiries and feedbacks with strong analytical ability through providing clients with comprehensive and exact information about the products and services
• Develop forecast and pipelines by collecting concrete and sufficient data to meet quotas and generate revenue
• Prepare reports of marketing and sales metrics
• Collaborate with different teams and other departments to achieve objectives and customer satisfaction
• Assisting and planning promotional events and company events
• Build strong partnerships and communication with clients and suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or other related course
• With at least 1-3 years of experience as a Marketing Associate (Travel Agency, Restaurant)
• With pleasing personality
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Can work and travel with minimal supervision and manages own time effectively
• Proactive and able to propose ideas and take actions
• Must be able to lead strategic conversation with diverse team of people
• Critical thinker, highly creative with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid computer skills including MS Excel, web analytics, etc.
• Broad knowledge in managing social media platforms and other marketing technical software
