Salon Manager- NCR, Pasay

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Salon operations - staff schedule, inventory and service flow
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and overall salon experience
• Drive Sales to achieve store target
• Do Local Store Marketing
• Manpower Utilization (Manpower labor cost, Manpower requisition, Record keeping and Employee relation)
• Building and Equipment Maintenance
• Maintain daily adherence to the cleanliness and mis-en-place standards
• Prepares Daily, Weekly and Monthly Operations Report
• Achievement of Sales target, Labor cost target and etc.
• Cash Control Management

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Operation Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or any related fields
• At least 24 years work experience as Salon Manager, Area Manager or Managerial position (with background from Salon, Wellness Spa, Retail and Lifestyle brand environment)
• Leadership & Management Skills
• Strong Communication skills and interpersonal
• Strong analytical and decision making-skills
• Financial Acumen: understanding the data of P&L, Budgeting and Cash flow
• Must be computer literate
• Pleasing personality
