Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

Salary Range:Php40,000

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree holder
• With 5 years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist
• Willing to work in Pasig City
• Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the companys partner HR firm and external service providers
• Work closely with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts and workforce planning
• Address employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases
• Foster employee engagement and provide HR guidance to both employees and management
• Oversee payroll processing and administration of employee benefit
