Automotive Sales Consultant, Pasay

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• With 3-5 years experience in Car Selling.
• Familiarity with automotive products, brands, and features is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Greet and engage customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
• Facilitate test drives and follow up with potential buyers.
• Negotiate prices, financing options, and trade-ins to close sales effectively.
• Amenable to work in Pasay City

Sales & Customer Service:

Greet and engage customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.

Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.

Facilitate test drives and follow up with potential buyers.

Negotiate prices, financing options, and trade-ins to close sales effectively.

Provide excellent post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Administration & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales transactions.

Prepare sales contracts, invoices, and other necessary documentation.

Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.

Monitor inventory and coordinate with management for vehicle availability.

Product Knowledge & Development:

Stay up-to-date on vehicle models, features, pricing, and promotions.

Attend product training and dealership meetings to enhance sales skills.

Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

Compliance & Professionalism:

Ensure all sales transactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and financing procedures.

Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the dealerships reputation.
