Sales Support Team Lead, Pasay

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles based on preferences and budget.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
• Provide accurate pricing, financing, and insurance information.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team, service department, and management to meet sales targets.
• Keep records of customer interactions, sales leads, and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably automotive sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with automotive products, financing, and insurance options is a plus.
