Barista, Pasay

A Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes handling cash transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring consistent quality of products in a fast-paced caf environment.

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other caf equipment
• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments (cash or POS system)
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area
• Stock and replenish supplies such as coffee beans, milk, cups, and syrups
• Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards
• Customize beverages based on customer preferences
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the caf

• High school graduate or equivalent
• With experience as a Barista is an advantage (training may be provided)
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverages
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
