Organizational Structure Management
- Build and maintain the organizational structure of the recruitment department to ensure effective, logical task allocation and workflow.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Recruitment to define roles, responsibilities, and departmental hierarchy.
Leadership
- Lead, manage, and develop the recruitment team to maintain high standards of performance and productivity.
- Provide direction, mentorship, and support to recruitment staff, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Recruitment Strategy Development
- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the company's current and future talent needs.
- Lead initiatives targeting high-level positions, including executive searches and strategic talent acquisition.
Planning & Execution
- Develop both short-term and long-term recruitment plans in line with the companys growth and strategic objectives.
- Monitor execution and adjust plans based on organizational priorities and labor market conditions.
Regulation and Process Management
- Establish, document, and continuously improve recruitment processes, policies, and guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure that recruitment activities align with internal policies and external labor regulations.
Recruitment Operations Oversight
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Lead initiatives for sourcing and recruiting senior leadership and hard-to-fill positions.
Team Training and Development
- Identify skill gaps within the recruitment team and implement targeted training programs.
- Encourage professional development to enhance team capabilities and support individual career paths.

Budget Planning and Monitoring
- Plan and manage the recruitment departments budget to ensure resources are used effectively and align with organizational financial goals.

International Market Recruitment
- Oversee and support recruitment operations in international markets, especially during initial setup phases.
- Ensure that recruitment processes in new markets meet quality standards and scale as operations mature.
Recruitment Standards Compliance
- Ensure recruitment activities meet established specifications and performance standards.
- Monitor results, conduct periodic reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed to improve recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Preference for candidates with a major in Human Resource Management.
- 1015 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in recruiting executive-level talent and leading recruitment strategies across international or multinational markets.
- Deep knowledge of global recruitment strategies, best practices, and compliance with international hiring regulations.
- Strong experience in managing recruitment teams, building high-performance cultures, and overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in using recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics tools to drive hiring decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute innovative, results-driven talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle conflict, influence decision-making, and build lasting relationships with internal and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and continuously improve hiring processes.
- Deep understanding of global talent trends, workforce planning, and leadership hiring methodologies.
