POSITION: Hedge Fund Associate

INDUSTRY: Financial Services

WORK LOCATION: Pasay City

WORK SCHEDULE: Night Shift (9PM-6AM)

SALARY: Php 50,000- Php 60,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree Holder in Accounting
• 1 year of experience as a Fund Accountant
• With experience in Hedge Fund accounting
• Amendable to work in a night shift schedule
• Amendable to work in a Hybrid Set up

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, calculate, and review daily, weekly, and monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) for assigned funds.
• Perform cash, position, and bank reconciliations with custodians, brokers, and administrators.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for assigned funds.
• Review expense allocations, management fees, performance fees, and accruals for accuracy.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives within fund operations.
