Job Description:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following company recipes and standards.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and dining area.

Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.

Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other caf equipment safely and efficiently.

Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately and responsibly.

Follow company policies on food safety, hygiene, and quality control.

Qualification:

• Educational Qualifications: A High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management/related field is required.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a caf or food service setting is an advantage.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Working Conditions: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, and passionate about coffee and customer satisfaction.
