Sales Executive, Pasay

About the role

Join ENTERPRISE CAR LEASE PHILIPPINES, INC. (ECLPI) as a Sales Executive based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and supporting the strategic objectives of the company. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and convert new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service to clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing client relationships
2. Arrange and conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to convert leads into new business
4. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
7. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives
8. Provide feedback and insights to help improve sales strategies and processes

What we're looking for

1. 2-years of proven sales experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
5. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
