QA Engineer, Pasay

Qualifications

Internship or project experience in software testing.

Exposure to test automation concepts or tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).

Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

Execute manual test cases and test scripts according to established test plans.

Identify, document, and track software defects with clear and concise descriptions using tools like Jira.

Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of test cases and other QA documentation.

Collaborate with developers to help them understand and reproduce reported defects.

Participate in team meetings to understand project requirements and provide feedback on testability.

Learn and assist with the execution of automated test scripts under the guidance of senior engineers.
