JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree holder
  • With at least 1 years of sales admin experience.
  • With experience in Taxation and Accounting is a plus
  • Amenable to attend interviews
  • Can start as soon as possible


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and process the companys official receipts, collection receipts, and other required documents.
  • Respond to inquiries related to account reviews and subcontractor invoices.
  • Manage orders, including tracking delivery dates and monitoring partial deliveries.
  • Coordinate returns and deliveries in collaboration with the logistics department.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
