JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree holder
- With at least 1 years of sales admin experience.
- With experience in Taxation and Accounting is a plus
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and process the companys official receipts, collection receipts, and other required documents.
- Respond to inquiries related to account reviews and subcontractor invoices.
- Manage orders, including tracking delivery dates and monitoring partial deliveries.
- Coordinate returns and deliveries in collaboration with the logistics department.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
