About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative professional who can build strong client partnerships and ensure seamless coordination across our logistics and brokerage operations. This role requires someone who is driven, tactical, and process-oriented, with the ability to balance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication and consistent service delivery.
- Manage and nurture long-term client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Oversee day-to-day logistics and brokerage transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and proactively resolve service issues.
- Prepare and maintain account reports, billing coordination, and performance summaries.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics and brokerage operations.
- Experience in Key Accounts Management or client servicing.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
