About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative professional who can build strong client partnerships and ensure seamless coordination across our logistics and brokerage operations. This role requires someone who is driven, tactical, and process-oriented, with the ability to balance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication and consistent service delivery.
  • Manage and nurture long-term client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and reliability.
  • Oversee day-to-day logistics and brokerage transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and proactively resolve service issues.
  • Prepare and maintain account reports, billing coordination, and performance summaries.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics and brokerage operations.
  • Experience in Key Accounts Management or client servicing.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
