Description

Qualifications:                  

- Bachelors degree in psychology, Human Resources, or related field. A certification on LCD or HR (CLDA, CHRA, etc.) is an advantage.

- At least 1-3 years in HR with exposure to onboarding, performance management, or employee engagement (relevant to FMCG or retail preferred)

- Strong coordination and reporting skills, proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and basic reporting; event planning and coordination.

- Proactive, sociable, patient, resilient, consistent, and eager to learn/teach

- Organizational and analytical skills

- Interpersonal and communication skills


Responsibilities:

  • On Boarding and Regularization
  • Coordinates pre- employment requirements with new hires, facilitates and coordinates on boarding and orientation sessions of new hires.
  • Prepares on boarding materials, presentations and checklists, ensures it is updated.
  • Gathers and tracks feedback from new employees to enhance on boarding experience.
  • Monitors onboarding checklists and coordinates with HR- Talent Acquisition, C&B, Admin and IT for completion. Ensure timely and accurate uploading of new employee information into sprout.
  • Tracks, monitors and advises immediate superiors, probationary employee performance and regularization status. Updates information in sprout.
  • Prepares regularization summary reports and alerts HR of pending at risk cases.
  • Performance Appraisal and Talent Development Board
  • Consolidates performance ratings, comments and calibration results from HRBPs and department heads.
  • Prepares and consolidates employee profiles, performance data (IDP, PIP), and potential assessments for TDB discussions.
  • Documents result, recommendations and follow up actions from TDB sessions.
  • Assists in monitoring the progress of development plans and identifying successors.
  • Ensures confidentiality and accuracy of all performance evaluation data.
  • Supports the implementation of learning sessions and engagement initiatives for the general employee population.
  • Tracks attendance consolidates evaluation results and assists in reporting training effectiveness.
  • Coordinates logistics and documentation for engagement and recognition programs.
  • Assist in vendor coordination- training proposals and quotations and post training documentation.
  • Coordinates exit interview schedules and ensure timely submission of clearance and documentation with another department, if necessary.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies during offboarding. Updates employee data in sprout.
