BRANCH ASSIGNMENT: Silang branch

Responsibilities

• Develop merchandising plans based on sales data, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Identify high-performing and low-performing products and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to plan seasonal assortments and promotional activities.

• Monitor stock levels to avoid overstock and stock outs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and store teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Forecast inventory needs using historical data and upcoming events or trends.

• Create appealing product displays that follow brand guidelines.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organized.
• Implement promotional signage and layout strategies to improve customer engagement.

• Analyze sales performance, pricing, and margins.
• Prepare reports on product performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Adjust merchandising plans based on real-time sales feedback.

• Work closely with buyers, store managers, marketing teams, and suppliers.
• Communicate merchandising directives clearly to store teams.
• Participate in product selection and development discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate or college level
• With experience as a merchandiser or sales
• Physically fit to lift heavy items
• No visible tattoo
• Willing to work in shifting schedule, extended hours including holidays
• With free medical
• With overtime pay
• With monthly allowances

NOTE

• Willing to do exam and interview at Imus Cavite or Santa Rosa Laguna branch
• Willing to temporarily deployed at IMUS CAVITE or SANTA ROSA LAGUNA branch
