We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our loyalty and customer experience initiatives program. This role is crucial in enhancing customer engagement, driving retention, and maximizing the value of our customer base across various touchpoints. The Program Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of programs, from conceptualization and planning to implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and delivering a superior customer journey.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program management, project management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale customer loyalty programs, CRM initiatives, or significant customer experience projects.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience working in the retail, e-commerce, or consumer services industry.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and value creation.
