Document Controller, Pasay

• Document management: Implement and maintain document control processes for drawings, specifications, manuals, and other technical materials throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of all project documentation, including checking for adherence to standards and timelines.
• Distribution and tracking: Manage the distribution, tracking, and archiving of documents to internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• System administration: Operate and maintain the Document Management System (DMS), including managing access rights, and ensuring secure storage and retrieval of both electronic and physical documents.
• Reporting: Generate reports on document status and progress to keep the project team informed.
• Administrative support: Provide general administrative support, such as coordinating meetings, managing project correspondence, and assisting with site visits.
• Compliance: Ensure that all controlled documents are current and that the company adheres to its Quality Management System and record-keeping policies.

Required skills and experience

• Experience in document control, preferably within the construction or solar industry.
• Proficiency with Document Management Systems and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
