Description
- Manage and organize correspondence, documents, and schedules for the executive team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 25 years of experience in a support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
