Salary Package: Up to 18,500 (including Star Rewards + OT Premium Incentives)

Requirements:

Completed High School (Old Curriculum), Senior High School, or Higher Education
With or Without BPO Experience entry-level applicants are welcome!
Excellent English communication and comprehension skills
Willing to work onsite at our MOA Complex, Pasay City site
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email in a professional and courteous manner
Assist clients with billing, payment, and account-related concerns
Provide accurate and efficient solutions while maintaining excellent customer service
Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system
Ensure all communications meet quality and compliance standards
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve performance goals and service targets
Uphold company values and maintain a positive attitude in every customer interaction
