Position: Customer Service Associate

Location: Taguig City

Salary Offer: Php25,000-Php30,000

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Work Set Up: Onsite


  • Bachelors Degree of any course.
  • Fresh Graduates can apply
  • With at least 2-3 years customer service experience is an advantage
  • Amenable to attend interviews
  • Willing to work either in Pasay or Taguig
  • Can start as soon as possible


Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat messages to provide information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and updating account information.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to customers even after the completion of sales transactions.
  • Collect and relay feedback or suggestions to management for continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.
