Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and politely
  • Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system
  • Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner
  • Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to additional requests
  • Clear and reset tables between customers
  • Prepare checks and process payments accurately
  • Follow all hygiene and safety standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
