Job Description:

OSI is hiring for an on-site Outbound Sales Representative in Pasay City. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, sharing information about services, and coordinating with the sales team to set appointments. The position requires strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound phone calls and send emails to prospects
• Identify and qualify leads
• Provide accurate information about services
• Keep records updated in CRM tools
• Meet performance targets
• Work collaboratively with the team

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to meet daily and monthly targets
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
• Background in BPO, sales, or customer service is helpful

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of PHP 40,000 per month
