Description

Building and maintaining a positive relationship with company clients
Assisting clients in understanding the services and products of the company
Identifying client needs and suggesting suitable service packages
Resolving client complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
Maintaining records of client interactions and transactions
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
Conducting client satisfaction surveys and implementing necessary changes derived from the feedback
Assisting in the development of marketing programs to increase client engagement
Providing reports on client interactions to the management team
Staying updated about company products and services to provide accurate information to clients

Job Requirements

Must be Bachelor's Degree holder
BSBA Program, Marketing or any related program
With at least one (1) year relevant work experience in the field
Social media skills, high attention to details, computer literate (Microsoft office, Canva and Photoshop)
