Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree Holder
• At least 1- 2 years of work experience as Customer Service
• Experience working in Financial or banking account
• Willing to work at shifting schedule
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone call, email or message.
• Resolve product issue by handling customer inquiries and problems.
• Maintain accurate records for customer interactions and transactions
• Recording and tracking customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Promote the products on the potential buyers
