Project Site Engineer, Pasay

Project Management:

• Supervise multiple large-scale projects efficiently, cost effectively with focus on improving profitability and quality in the installations / maintenance of various Electronic Security Systems with the likes of: Closed Circuit TV, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, etc.
• Generates, identifies, and recommends new potential areas for improving project management and new business opportunities.
• Conducts surveys for bidding purposes and prepares Designs, Estimates and Quotations for the surveyed project.
• Conduct system programming, testing and commissioning and provide technical support.
• Prepare implementation budgets for awarded projects and closely monitor the costs of such project and the process foresee inconceivable ideas, methods and techniques during installation phase to ensure and improve profitability.
• Leader and Technical trainer of Staff and Clients for Industrial and Commercial Electronic Security Systems Integration, Design and Commissioning for High Rise Buildings, Commercial, Industrial Projects for Companys products like Access Control and Intrusion Detection, CCTV, FDAS, Paging System etc.
• Project Management, Project Coordination with other trades for interfacing requirements. Monitors and ensures project to be properly implemented adhering to the highest quality standards.
• Responsible in the manpower supervision of all Company personnel assigned in the projects.
• Verify and note technicians, assigned schedule of attendance and shifting schedules (if any), overtime reports, liquidations, official business forms, and job order.
• Prepare project monitoring sheet and gantt chart on assigned project to ensure there will be timely and complete billing to be submitted to clients.
• Supervise contractors and technician during completion of projects.
• Maintains project schedules and deadlines through proper planning of materials and manpower. In the process, able to stimulate people to keep costs down, motivating technicians, for higher efficiency and output.
• Provide technicians and clients with proper training and coordination on system procedures and prepare the corresponding training and operating manuals to effectively utilize the security systems.
• Manages Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance for on-going and finished projects.
• Prepares Operational Manuals, As-Built plans and COC for completed projects and same should be duly acknowledged by client.
• Takes careful & necessary steps to meet the highest working standards.

Candidate must possess at least:

• Bachelor's / College Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent

• Background on Security Systems Design (i.e. CCTV, Access Control etc.)

• Systems Repair and Troubleshooting Hardware & Software Security System

Experience:

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication/Computer or equivalent
