We are targeting to absorb applicants who lives nearby to reduce commuting stress, which can impact both a person's well-being and work productivity.


Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor and record stock levels for plant supplies, manage product withdrawals, conduct inventory audits, and maintain accurate records of all assets. 


Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit necessary documents like Delivery Acknowledgement Receipts (DARs) and Dispatch Tally Sheets, and send reports promptly to management. 


Administrative Support

  • Handle clerical tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, answering phones, and responding to inquiries. 


Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate and oversee facilities-related projects and ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of products. 


Office & Plant Support

  • Maintain office supplies, manage petty cash, and ensure that both office and plant assets are well-documented and up-to-date. 


Compliance & Quality Control

  • Assist with ensuring the general sanitation and hygiene standards of the ice plant by completing pre-operation checklists.


Qualifications: 

  • An associates degree or higher is often preferred, though requirements may vary. 
  • Preferably with office experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as humble enough to learn and be trained.
  • Technical Skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential, along with the ability to manage databases and office equipment. 
  • Organizational & Planning Skills - The ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines is crucial. 
  • Communication Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for interacting with staff, vendors, and management. 
  • Attention to Detail- A strong attention to detail is necessary for maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and ensuring precision in all administrative tasks. 
  • Interpersonal Skills- A polite, professional, and customer service-oriented attitude is important when dealing with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Adaptability- The ability to work independently, as part of a team, and take initiative is highly valued.
