Restaurant Manager, Pasay

WE NEED SOMEONE WHO IS FLUENT IN MANDARIN BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate communication between kitchen and front of house to guarantee timely and accurate food delivery.
• Manage staff including recruitment, training, scheduling, motivating, and evaluation to build an efficient team.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain positive client relationships.

BMPI is currently hiring:

Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Pasay (Beside SM MOA)

Salary: 80K130K

Rest Days: 2 rest days in a month

Employment Type: Project-based (3 months)

Benefits: 2 meals provided a day

Requirements:

• Possess strong leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively managing and motivating teams
• Demonstrate passion for the food service industry, with familiarity in operational workflows and management standards
• Exhibit excellent customer service awareness, adept at handling customer complaints and feedback appropriately
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin both written and verbal
• Must be a college degree holder or above
• Must have at least 510 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
