HR Manager, Pasay

Description

Plan, lead, and manage core HR functions such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys business direction
Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and promoting positive relations
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
Organize employee events and programs that support morale, wellness, and productivity
Manage clear and consistent internal communication across all departments
Oversee the performance evaluation process and continuous improvement of HR systems

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
35 years of experience in HR management or a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
