Description
  • Prepare and gather all raw materials for salad, appetizer, makis, and other related items in pantry section
  • Able to prepare simple vinaigrette and dressing
  • Knowledgeable in basic vegetable cuts
  • Maintain clean and organized workstation and knowledgeable in basic food safety standard
  • Work with prep cooks and chefs to ensure all necessary prep items are done to spec and in sufficient supply
  • Knowledgeable enough basic cut for Vegetables and Meats (pork, seafoods, beef and poultry)
  • Able to cook basic Filipino, Asian or Western Dishes
  • Maintain clean and organize workstation and Knowledgeable in basic Food Safety Standard
  • Work with prep cooks and chefs to ensure all necessary prep items are done to spec and in sufficient supply

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary school certificate or associate degree (preferred but not always required)
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment
  • Ability to follow recipes and plating standards accurately
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Teamwork and communication with kitchen staff and servers
  • 1 year of experience as line cook
