Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and guide new hires through orientation
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding experiences

HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Support payroll with timekeeping audits and employee changes
  • Administer leaves, benefits, and attendance tracking

Employee Relations

  • Be a trusted resource for employee questions and concerns
  • Assist with investigations, conflict resolution, and workplace documentation
  • Help foster a safe, respectful, and compliant work culture

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Prepare HR reports and support internal/external audits
  • Assist in safety initiatives and training compliance

What Were Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Experience: 3- 5 years in HR, preferably in recruitment/manpower agency or similar industries
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication

This is a direct hire position.
