  • Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Office Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including driving and logistics, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office environment. With a minimum of 6 months experience.
  • Driving and Logistics:
  • Coordinate and manage deliveries and pickups.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Run errands as needed, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Office Maintenance:
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining office equipment and furniture.
  • Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Education:
  • Senior High School (Preferred)
  • Experience:
  • Office Support: 1 year (Required)
  • License/Certification:
  • Professional driver's license (Required)
