Description
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Managing accounts and performing basic bookkeeping
- Performing data entry and analysis
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or any related course
- With work experience/internship of Accounting Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or related experience
- Must be knowledgeable in accounting/admin duties
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft software and Excel
- Willing to be assigned in Chino Roces/Ayala, Makati
