Application Development Team Lead, Pasay

Description

Lead a team of talented developers in the development of innovative software solutions providing mentorship and guidance.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Define and implement best practices for software development including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.
Works within project specifications to meet goals and objectives in a timely manner.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years relevant profession experience as technical team lead
A minimum of 10 years relevant professional experience in software development, solution architecture or a related field.
Proven experience as a technical team lead or in a similar role.
Strong technical background with experience in software development, architecture and design.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g. C#, ASP.NET, Python, Java, JavaScript) and development frameworks (React, Node, Angular, Vue, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
Proficiency in multiple databases (e.g. MS SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
Experience directly working with API and API Development.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello) and ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
Excellent team management skills with track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
