• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processfrom posting jobs to extending offers
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and generate reports as needed
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
