2. Technical Competence

  • Proficient in ASTM , ACI (e.g., ACI 318 for concrete structures), and EN (e.g., EN 1992 for Eurocode)rock manual.
  • Proven ability to:
  1. Independently lead technical problem-solving for complex issues
  2. Direct teams in MS, ITP (Inspection and Test Plan),and other technical documentation

3. Management & Systemization

  • Experience in establishing ISO 9001-aligned quality management systems for coastal protection projects,
