Description

We are looking for a Marketing Officer to support the growth of our IT services and digital products. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in tech-driven environments who enjoys combining creativity, data, and AI-powered tools to execute high-impact campaigns across multiple channels.


You will work closely with management and R&D team to bring new IT services and mobile app features to market, strengthen brand presence, and drive measurable business results.

Qualifications

  1. At least 3 year of experiences as marketing officer or a related role.
  2. Basic understanding of marketing concepts such as lead generation, branding, and campaign planning
  3. Comfortable using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content creation
  4. Good written and spoken English communication skills
  5. Able to analyze marketing results and turn insights into action plan.
  6. Can work independently and collaborate well with a team
  7. Able to create basic multimedia marketing content, including simple video editing, graphics, and social media materials.


Nice to Have (but not required):

  1. Experience with international IT companies or global product launches
  2. Familiarity with performance metrics, dashboards, and analytics tools
  3. Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
  4. Exposure to mobile app or SaaS marketing


Tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans with management and R&D for IT services and mobile app features
  • Run and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok) to improve results and ROI
  • Use AI tools to create, automate, and optimize campaigns, including SEO/ASO and personalized messaging
  • Manage brand voice and produce marketing content such as service materials, white papers, and short-form videos
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, MQL/SQL) to support data-driven decisions
  • Represent the company in events, online communities, and digital platforms to improve relationships with users, and industry communities.
