District Sales Manager, Zamboanga del Sur

• Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Associate.
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
• Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.
• Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
• Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
• Setting sales quotas and goals.
• Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team.
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
• Defining and executing territory sales plans.
• Accept and perform other duties as assigned by Top Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the trucks, heavy equipment, oils, tires, or batteries industry.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong track record of driving the entire sales process from planning to closing.
• Excellent business acumen and industry expertise.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
