Recruitment Specialist, Manila

We are looking for an HR Recruitment Officer who is passionate about attracting the right talent and building a strong talent pipeline.

This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening candidates to talent pooling and supporting hiring needs across the organization.

This position is open from Specialist to Lead recruitment roles depending on the applicants experience and expertise.

• Receives and reviews manpower requests, calibrates job requirements and recruitment terms with hiring supervisor/manager to align expectations, determines the appropriate assessment and selection process, and conducts manpower needs assessment to ensure proper control of manpower headcount.
• Implements talent attraction and sourcing programs and activities to attract, engage, and maintain a diverse, highly qualified set of candidate pipelines to meet the hiring demands.
• Leverages internet sourcing techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates to build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conducts initial resume screening to identify candidates who meet the jobs functional and technical requirements, facilitates assessments to determine suitability, and endorses qualified candidates to the requesting officer for the next interview phase.
• Ensures completion of pre-employment requirements prior to target start dates, maintains accurate and complete employee 201 files, coordinates onboarding requirements, facilitates timely endorsement for a smooth onboarding experience, and ensures new hire performance evaluations are completed on time to accurately reflect employee status and movements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• With at least three years of hiring experience;
• Driver hiring experience will be a plus.
• Goal-oriented, team player, and performs tasks with utmost integrity and honesty.
