Description

Job Description:

  • Support in the conceptualization and formulation of policies, strategies, plans and programs, and identification of priority projects under the section;
  • Prepare necessary technical reports and other administrative materials relative to the DIMS Project, such as, but not limited to the following project reports, user manuals, and other formal documents;
  • Monitor and prepare relevant project communication materials under DIMS Project, such as, but not limited to the following memoranda, assessment reports, and other administrative report materials;
  • Prepare all necessary documentation materials (i.e. Minutes of the Meeting, Memorandum and etc.) and facilitate in processing all relevant documentary requirements for the DIMS Project;
  • Performs other tasks given by the supervisor.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.

Experience: One (1) year of relevant work experience

Training: Four (4) to eight (8) hours of relevant training

Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) 2nd Level Eligibility (Preferred but not required)


WORK LOCATION: National Museum of the Philippines (Manila)
