Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Handle customer concerns related to SQL and technical support
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Analyze customer queries and provide accurate support
• Document cases, updates and resolutions properly
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations

Job Requirements

You Must Have:

• High School / Senior High School / College Graduate
• Minimum 1 year overall work experience
• At least 1 year SQL experience
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
• Must be based in Philippines
