Land Surveyor, Manila

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for measuring, mapping, and analyzing land features to provide accurate data for construction, engineering, and land development projects. This role requires expertise in surveying instruments, knowledge of legal property boundaries, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and geographic information systems (GIS).

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct field surveys to establish property boundaries, topography, and land features. Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones.
• Prepare and verify survey data, maps, and reports for engineering and construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate site planning.
• Research historical maps, deeds, and legal documents to verify property boundaries. 
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national surveying regulations.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelors degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Professional license or certification as a Land Surveyor (depending on jurisdiction).
• Proven experience in land surveying, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and travel to project sites.
• Exposure to outdoor environments, including construction sites and undeveloped land.
