Description

Looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources and office administration? Join our team and gain hands-on experience supporting the HR & Administration Department in a real corporate setting!


Location: Pedro Gil, Manila

Schedule: 9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri


What youll experience:
  • Real-world exposure to HR administrative processes and workplace operations
  • Hands-on involvement in employee records management and documentation
  • Practical experience in coordination, filing systems, and internal HR support
  • Opportunity to strengthen organizational, clerical, and communication skills


Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain HR records and monitoring files
  • Organize, file, and archive HR documents and employee records
  • Assist in preparing HR documents (contracts, memos, certificates, etc.)
  • Support timekeeping and benefits documentation (attendance, leave records, etc.)
  • Monitor submission of employee requirements and track completion status
  • Handle basic employee inquiries related to HRAD documents and policies
  • Assist in compliance documentation and report preparation
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR & Admin team


Expected Outputs:
  • Organized and updated HRAD documentation files
  • Accurate encoding of HR data entries in monitoring systems
  • Weekly accomplishment reports
  • Updated tracking files (attendance, leave, employee requirements, PRF, etc.)
  • Properly filed and archived HR documents (digital and physical)
  • Summary of administrative process improvement suggestions
  • Attendance and records monitoring updates in Lark
  • Final internship report with insights and recommendations


Who were looking for:
  • Currently taking up Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable handling documentation and administrative tasks
  • Willing to work on-site in Manila
  • Can render at least 8 hours per day
