• Pattern Making & Grading: Create, digitize, or trace patterns based on technical design packs and size specifications.
• Fabric Preparation: Inspect, measure, and mark raw fabrics accurately prior to the cutting stage.
• Cutting: Utilize manual shears, rotary cutters, or automated cutting machines to slice fabric pieces according to pattern lines.
• Assembly & Sewing: Operate industrial sewing machines (e.g., lockstitch, overlock, flatbed) to stitch, assemble, and finish garments or prototypes.
• Quality Assurance: Check finished pieces for defects, verify correct measurements, and ensure garments meet high-end construction standards.
• Maintenance: Maintain a clean workspace and routinely clean, oil, and troubleshoot sewing equipment.
