Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field
With experience in training coordination, administrative support, or related work is an advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and training materials
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Can work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
Willing to assist during training sessions, seminars, and company activities

Responsibilities

Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, seminars, and workshops
Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms
Coordinate with trainers, participants, and different departments regarding schedules and requirements
Maintain training records, databases, and documentation
Monitor training attendance and prepare reports after each session
Provide administrative support during training activities
Assist in preparing presentations and training logistics
Handle scheduling, venue preparation, and equipment setup for training sessions
Respond to inquiries related to training programs and schedules
Support the Training Officer or HR team in implementing employee development programs
Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of training documents
