Description

Facilitate and coordinate visa applications for seafarers to ensure timely deployment.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities for processing visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Ensures compliance with visa requirements for different countries.
Assist in maintaining and updating records of crew visas.
Assist in monitoring the validity of visas and certificates to ensure crew members remain compliant with relevant regulations.
Organize and securely store all hard and electronic copies of visas, certifications, and other relevant documents.
Ensure all documentation complies with local and international maritime regulations
Provide regular updates to crew members and internal teams regarding the status of visa applications.
Respond to inquiries from embassies and other relevant authorities
Coordinates with the crewing team to ensure that crew changes are in conformance with schedule.
Other duties that may be assigned by the Management.
