Project Site Engineer, Manila

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer to join our team and oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved designs, plans, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed according to design, plans, and specifications.
• Calculate material dimensions and quantities required for fabrication or installation.
• Update cutting lists based on design revisions or site modifications.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports to ensure adherence to deadlines and budget.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on-site and coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in site engineering, construction, or a related field; more experience may be required for senior roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering or design software.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
